Yesterday, April 21st we installed a sensor in the storage tank to notify us if the water gets too low. Here is the sensor prior to putting it in the tank.
To do this we will need everyone to practice conservation for at least two days.
We ask that you do NO OUTSIDE watering or laundry starting at Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 3:00 am . (This will allow the tank to reach it’s maximum capacity before pulling the pump out of the well.)
If you have started your landscaping timers, please make sure that they are off.
It is OK to store water in barrels to use in the garden as long as you do it before 3:00 am on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 .
This conservation notice is required until we give the “All Clear” by
taking down conservation signs. An email will also be sent out when
normal consumption can resume.
We are working with the State and our contractor, Weeks Plumbing, to
incur the least amount of down time for the well and inconvenience for
our members.
We MAY have to issue a boil water notice. You will be notified if needed.
